This is a very popular custom niche, and is approximately $2,820 plus shipping.  If you would like to construct it yourself, you could order the Large Clamshell Wall Niche package above, the atrium ornament for an additional $200, optional coin and bellflower ornament for an additional $250, and you could mount the ornament, backfill with quickset drywall mud, and sculpt it back to the wall.
